Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed through Sypias are shipped from fulfillment locations within the United States.
We offer Free Standard Shipping to eligible U.S. delivery addresses, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Our domestic shipping coverage includes all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Our standard order processing time is 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated shipping transit period of 5–10 business days.
The total estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 6–13 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and may vary depending on carrier operations and other circumstances.

Returns and Refunds
We accept eligible return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery.
All returns are sent to a designated return address in the United States. Please contact support@sypias.com before mailing a return so our customer service team can provide the appropriate return instructions and address.
For standard returns due to personal preference or other non-quality-related reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect products caused by our error, Sypias covers reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Once a returned item is received, we will complete the inspection, notify the customer of the result, and initiate any approved refund within 10 business days after receiving the returned item.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear may depend on the bank or payment provider.
